Position Summary The Enterprise Business Analyst will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that insights generated from data are translated into clear, actionable strategies. You will be responsible for capturing, refining, and documenting both business and functional requirements, and ensuring that analytics solutions align with broader organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in data or analytics-focused environments.
  • Strong understanding of data and reporting concepts, and the ability to communicate effectively with analytics professionals.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and basic SQL knowledge.
  • Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in healthcare organization preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for data and analytics projects.
  • Translates high-level business needs into structured project requirements that guide data analysts, BI developers, and data engineers.
  • Works closely with analytics teams to translate insights into business recommendations and support the implementation of data-driven strategies.
  • Ensures that the technical implementation of analytics solutions aligns with business goals and user expectations.
  • Acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to facilitate clear communication, mitigate risk, and ensure alignment.
  • Supports user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate deliverables against business needs.
  • Continuously reviews and refine requirements based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business priorities.
