About The Position

Lofty is a high-growth, global SaaS company serving the residential real estate market. Our suite of tools addresses the daily pain points faced by agents, empowering them to launch effective marketing campaigns, track leads' activities, build lasting customer relationships, and efficiently manage teams. Lofty is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel opportunities and expand our presence in the real estate technology industry. This individual must have an established network within real estate tech, leveraging deep relationships to generate new enterprise opportunities and open doors for our Account Executives. This individual will focus their efforts on high-impact business development activities. The Enterprise BDR will be responsible for identifying and nurturing key relationships, attending industry events, and driving strategic prospecting initiatives to accelerate revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Strong existing network within the real estate technology industry, with the ability to immediately connect Lofty to key enterprise prospects.
  • Experience in enterprise business development or sales within a SaaS, marketplace, or proptech company.
  • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities through strategic networking, outbound prospecting, and attending industry events.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to trade shows, industry conferences, and client meetings.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of engaging enterprise decision-makers.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the broader sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage an existing network within the real estate technology industry to initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and engage high-potential enterprise prospects, ensuring a steady pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Represent Lofty at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events, fostering relationships that drive enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities and strategic engagement with enterprise prospects.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to refine outreach and positioning.
  • Develop outreach strategies to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers, positioning Lofty as a leading solution in the space.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, pipeline development, and relationship-building efforts within the CRM.
