About The Position

Atlan is building the future of data collaboration. Our platform is trusted by data teams at Nasdaq, FOX, General Motors, and other enterprise giants — helping them move faster with confidence. As an Enterprise BDR, you open the first door with the right stakeholders inside complex, high-value accounts. This isn’t high-velocity dialing. It’s thoughtful, signal-driven prospecting to engage decision-makers who aren’t already looking. You'll execute ABX plays designed to earn attention and build trust across the enterprise. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable navigating ambiguity, obsessed with relevance, and excited to test new outreach approaches. This is a high-impact, outbound-only role built for someone who wants to work at the frontier of modern sales.

Requirements

  • You’ve booked meetings in large, complex accounts where there’s no contact form, no obvious path, and no 'playbook' to follow
  • You treat cold outreach like a craft — obsessing over copy, testing subject lines, and learning what resonates
  • You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, send a bold DM, or try something unconventional
  • You know how to use tools like Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and enrichment platforms — but you don’t rely on them to do the work for you
  • You understand what ABX means — and more importantly, how to execute it
  • You thrive in ambiguity, stay accountable, and default to action

Responsibilities

  • Identify the strategic accounts with the highest potential — and figure out how to break in
  • Execute ABX campaigns using every tool at your disposal: LinkedIn, cold email, enrichment, video, phone, direct mail, referrals — whatever works
  • Get creative: craft cold outreach that doesn’t feel cold
  • Multi-thread intelligently — know when to go wide, and when to go deep
  • Stay close to the AEs and marketing team to ensure your work is aligned to pipeline and account plans
  • Track what’s working, what’s not, and help us refine the playbook as we go
