As an Enterprise Business Development Manager - Rental, you will play a key role in expanding UVeye's footprint in the rental and transportation sectors. This role is designed for a proactive and strategic sales professional who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will focus on high-value B2B sales, industry partnerships, and strategic go-to-market initiatives to accelerate our car rental business. This is not a remote role and requires in-office collaboration in Teaneck, NJ.

Requirements

  • Experience in the car rental industry (strong plus).
  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to identify and create prospect lists using research and open-source tools.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with C-level decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and drive business growth.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset, working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

  • Experience working in startup companies and scaling business operations.
  • Deep knowledge of car rental management, automotive leasing, or mobility technology.
  • Understanding of AI and computer vision applications in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities with rental operators, leasing companies, and transportation providers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across the car rental industry to drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies through research, networking, and outreach efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Represent UVeye at key car rental industry events, trade shows, and conferences to maximize networking and prospect engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff and follow-up on qualified opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing Communications to develop outreach strategies, targeted campaigns, and promotional initiatives for the car rental sector.
  • Analyze outreach performance, provide insights, and continuously refine targeting and engagement strategies.
