We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Enterprise Billing & Account Specialist to manage the financial relationship with our largest and most strategic clients. In this critical role, you will look beyond simple invoice generation to provide a "white-glove" experience, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and trust. You will act as the bridge between Finance, Sales, and Client Success, serving as the primary point of contact for complex billing inquiries. Your goal is to ensure our high-value customers feel supported while maximizing revenue efficiency and minimizing payment friction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing high-value or enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience interpreting complex contracts and converting terms into billing logic.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) is essential for data reconciliation.
  • Experience with billing/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite,ZoneBilling, Salesforce, HighRadius).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with vendor procurement portals is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management Serve as the dedicated billing liaison for a portfolio of our largest customers.
  • Conduct monthly or quarterly billing reviews with internal and/or external stakeholders to walk them through charges, usage data, and credits.
  • Proactively audit invoices before they are sent to ensure 100% accuracy against complex contractual terms.
  • Create and deliver custom billing reports, consolidated invoices, or specific data exports required by the client’s internal accounting teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Liaise with Sales & Client Success: Partner closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to understand contract nuances, upcoming renewals, and upsells.
  • Dispute Resolution: Lead the investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams to identify the root cause of errors and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
  • Onboarding: Assist in the financial onboarding of new enterprise clients, ensuring their billing preferences, portals, and contacts are set up correctly from Day 1.
  • Operations & Revenue Assurance Manage the submission of invoices into client-specific vendor portals to ensure timely processing.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging for your portfolio; perform "soft collections" by following up on past-due balances with a customer-service mindset rather than a transactional approach.
  • Analyze complex contracts to ensure correct application of tiered pricing, volume discounts, and promotional periods.
  • Maintain accurate records of all billing interactions and contract modifications in the CRM/ERP system.
