Job Title Enterprise Architecture - Sr. Advisor I About your role: You will be a key leader in our organization, overseeing a talented software development team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge software solutions for Fiserv’s Output Solutions. In this role, you will drive the development strategy and ensure alignment with our company's goals and objectives. With production capabilities leading the industry in credit card personalization, you will harness multiple technologies and software to deliver exceptional products to our customers.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture
- 4+ years of experience in large-scale IT system development, design, and implementation and solution design
- 7+ years of experience with various database technologies like Oracle, DB2, and SQL
- 7+ years of experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, Spring and microservices
- Strong technical expertise in software development methodologies, programming languages, and software architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, and/or equivalent military experience.
- You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F‑1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H‑1B, H‑2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered.

- Experience in credit card personalization or output services industry
- Master’s degree in computer science or a relevant field

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of enterprise-wide architectural strategies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with various business units to ensure alignment between business and IT architecture.
- Provide expert guidance on technology solutions and integration across platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance business performance and develop and maintain architectural models and blueprints.
- Mentor and guide junior architects in best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and IT, to define software requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development practices and technologies and manage software development projects, including planning, resource allocation, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery.
