About The Position
The Enterprise Architecture Director will play a crucial role in aligning IT strategy with The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) objectives to drive innovation and to support the profession of nursing. The Enterprise Architecture Director's scope of activities includes enabling the ANE to achieve targeted business outcomes that support enterprise and C-suite priorities for growing revenue, optimizing costs, mitigating risks, and improving sustainability. The Enterprise Architecture Director will focus on development of the business and IT strategy and enterprise architecture of the ANE. The Enterprise Architecture Director will lead the design and contribute to the development, and maintenance of web-based software implemented using the Microsoft stack, including Azure, .NET, C#, SQL Server as well as SaaS platforms that are used by ANA business units. The ideal candidate will provide consultation and design, develop system architecture and software, and drive improving processes and practices, SDLC, and DevOps. The Enterprise Architecture Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external partners, to design and implement scalable and secure solutions. Success in this role will be measured by the successful implementation of architectural solutions, improved system performance, and alignment with business objectives.
