We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support the design, integration, and optimization of our technology ecosystem. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for aligning business strategy with technology solutions, with a primary focus on Salesforce as our core platform. This role will ensure seamless integration with third-party systems-including finance/accounting software, data warehouse solutions, Microsoft Azure services-and manage inbound and outbound data flows with client HRIS platforms. Additionally, the role will drive initiatives around Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Automation, AI, DevSecOps, and Release Management to ensure scalability, security, and innovation. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise. The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work a hybrid schedule from our headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.
