Erickson Immigration Group (EIG) is a full-service, premium business immigration law firm located in Arlington, Virginia. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support the design, integration, and optimization of our technology ecosystem. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for aligning business strategy with technology solutions, with a primary focus on Salesforce as our core platform. This role will ensure seamless integration with third-party systems-including finance/accounting software, data warehouse solutions, Microsoft Azure services-and manage inbound and outbound data flows with client HRIS platforms. Additionally, the role will drive initiatives around Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Automation, AI, DevSecOps, and Release Management to ensure scalability, security, and innovation. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise. The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work a hybrid schedule from our headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.

  • Strategic Architecture & Roadmap
  • Maintain the enterprise architecture strategy aligned with firm objectives.
  • Develop a scalable roadmap for Salesforce and integrated systems to support long-term growth.
  • Define architecture principles that support DevSecOps frameworks and continuous delivery
  • Salesforce Platform Leadership
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration.
  • Oversee governance, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
  • Implement release management best practices for Salesforce and integrated applications
  • Systems Integration
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications (e.g., finance/accounting, Datawarehouse etc.) using Azure Integration Services.
  • Architect and manage inbound/outbound data integrations with client HRIS, ATS, and RM systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.
  • Establish API and middleware standards for secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Data Management & Analytics
  • Enforce Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance frameworks across all systems.
  • Establish data architecture standards for storage, retrieval, and reporting across systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to enable advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Automation & AI
  • Identify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Drive adoption of Generative AI, design & deploy AI agents for operational efficiency and enhanced client experience.
  • Collaborate with CISO to ensure all technology, especially tools utilizing AI, undergo robust security review and testing.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with attorneys, operations, and the technology team to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Act as a liaison with external vendors and client IT teams to ensure smooth integration and interoperability.
  • Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure all systems comply with legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
  • Implement best practices for system security, identity management, and access control.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or degree with substantive work experience in field.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
  • Proven expertise in system integration, APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with finance/accounting systems, data warehouse solutions, and Microsoft Azure Services (Integration Services, Storage Services, APIM, Azure Monitor etc.).
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, secure data exchange protocols & data encryption techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Evidence of EA or Salesforce knowledge, which could be via experience or certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect).
  • Experience in professional services or legal industry environments.
  • Knowledge of immigration law firm workflows and case management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools, Azure integration platforms and data visualization tools.
  • Hands-on knowledge of .NET architecture is highly desirable.
  • Keeping abreast of latest advancements in technology including AI.
