About The Position

The Enterprise Architect for ServiceNow and Nuvolo will play a key role in designing and implementing architectural solutions that leverage ServiceNow and Nuvolo platforms to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. This remote position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud-based solutions. This position is contingent upon award within a standard 30 day turnaround.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens or hold a Green Card.
  • 7+ years of ServiceNow architecture and configuration experience
  • Direct experience supporting Nuvolo Clinical EAM on ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of CMMS , clinical asset lifecycle, and work order management in hospitals
  • Experience supporting HTM (Healthcare Technology Management) , Biomedical Engineering, or Facilities operations
  • Experience with business rules, UI actions, scripts, workflows, and role/group administration
  • Experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments including upgrades and incident response
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced federal healthcare IT environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred but not required
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred
  • Nuvolo training
  • ITIL Foundation or higher
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification
  • PMP (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into an efficient architecture that meets business needs.
  • Evaluate and integrate existing systems with ServiceNow and Nuvolo applications, ensuring interoperability and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and best practices for development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions.
  • Develop architecture diagrams, documentation, and roadmaps to communicate the architecture vision and implementation plans.
  • Monitor and assess emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in the architectural design and application deployment.
