  • Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to inform technology strategy and organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure secure, interoperable solutions aligned to organizational objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting or developing enterprise technology solutions.
  • Experience applying enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and cloud architecture frameworks (e.g., Azure Cloud Adoption Framework) to produce standards, patterns, roadmaps, and blueprints.
  • Strong technical breadth across cloud, infrastructure/network design, automation, APIs/middleware, servers/storage, databases, and virtualization.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps); proficiency with common scripting/programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, PowerShell) preferred.
  • Understanding of IT/cybersecurity governance and privacy/security standards (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, HITRUST) and ability to guide leaders in implementation.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, X12) preferred.
  • Preferred: experience delivering enterprise solutions in a large healthcare system, public cloud platform services, and technology project management.
