About The Position

At Centric Consulting, we've cultivated a unique approach to business. Our business is built on three fundamental principles: Enjoy the people you work with, have fun, and do great work. These principles define our consulting model and have crafted one of the most vibrant cultures in the consulting industry - celebrating individuals, collaboration, and lifelong friendships. Design and implement business and technology architecture frameworks that enable cost reduction, operational efficiency, and improved scalability. Partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to re-engineer business processes, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and eliminate waste. Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to develop and track cost-reduction targets, ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes aligned to the $100M goal. Define architecture blueprints and transition roadmaps, including migration strategies for retiring legacy systems and integrating modern cloud-based solutions. Ensure that all rationalization and modernization activities align with enterprise architecture standards, security frameworks, and data governance models. Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor progress, report savings realization, and communicate value delivery to executive leadership. Stay current on emerging trends in cloud, SaaS, integration, and automation technologies, and apply innovative solutions to drive simplification and efficiency.
