About The Position

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing enterprise architecture (EA) to enable strategic or tactical transformations through informed decision-making at any level of an enterprise. This role supports governance, future growth, adaptability, optimization, innovation, and modernization initiatives, such as cloud or digital solutions. The architect applies advanced technical expertise and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. The position requires working without considerable direction and includes mentoring and possibly supervising team members.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software, systems or network architecture, project management, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience in designing EA to enable strategic or tactical transformations.
  • Knowledge of capturing data and insights into the mission or business structure.
  • Ability to analyze the current state of the enterprise and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and experts.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science.

  • Knowledge of military culture in general and United States Navy culture and structure.
