We are seeking an experienced Omni-Channel Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our organization's omni-channel architecture, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints and channels. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of omni-channel principles/technologies, architecture patterns, and best practices, and experience with various technologies such as APIs, microservices, and cloud-based systems. The role involves leading the development and maintenance of our enterprise omni-channel architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define omni-channel requirements, and developing solutions that meet business needs. You will design and develop omni-channel solutions using various technologies, create and maintain architecture diagrams, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior developers. Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends is crucial, as is ensuring seamless integration across all channels, including web, mobile, social media, and physical stores. You will also develop and maintain a comprehensive omni-channel roadmap, aligning with business strategy and goals.
