This Enterprise Architect is responsible for the architecture patterns and for designing, developing, and maintaining the strategic roadmap for Ford's Martech and CRM business operating model and IT landscape. This Architect will help bridge the gap between business vision and technical implementation, ensuring that technology investments support current and future business needs. This involves a holistic view of the enterprise, encompassing business processes, information systems, data, applications, and technology infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Translating business strategy into actionable IT strategies and architectural roadmaps.
  • Evaluating technology strategy, business applications, and infrastructure to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the IT landscape.
  • Developing and maintaining the Ford's Marketing and CRM IT strategy and roadmap.
  • Designing and implementing IT systems and processes that align with business objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining domain architectures (e.g., enterprise, governance, business, information, application, and technical).
  • Establishing and enforcing architecture governance processes, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across IT projects.
  • Producing target-state solution architecture and performing assessments and gap analyses.
  • Analyzing existing architectures and recommending improvements for scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
  • Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes, and suggesting enhancements.
  • Identifying and managing IT-related risks.
  • Researching and evaluating emerging technologies and their potential applications.
  • Collaborating with business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Providing architectural leadership and consultancy to product and development teams.
