Enterprise Applications Support Intern
About The Position
The Department of Technology Services [https://www.arlingtonva.us/Government/Departments/DTS] (DTS), Enterprise Technology & Application Services Division is seeking an Enterprise Applications Support Intern to join the ACE Team! This team provides support for the Assessment and Collection Enterprise (ACE) System, the Citizens Assessment and Payment Portal (CAPP), and the Enterprise Payment Solution (EPS). Primary users of ACE include staff members in the Commissioner of Revenue (COR) Office, who are responsible for tax assessments, as well as personnel in the Treasurer's Office (TRE), who manage billing and collection of all taxes and other County receivables. CAPP and EPS serve individuals and businesses with bill payment, tax filing, and management of Arlington County accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancements to ACE, CAPP, and EPS, as well as providing production and business user support.
