About The Position
Washington County's Information Technology Services Department is seeking an Enterprise Applications Supervisor to join the Enterprise Systems Division team! In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented and experienced Application Support and Engineering Team, guiding them in their daily operations, system implementations, and future planning. Your hands-on approach will empower the team, drawing on your leadership experience and technical expertise to inspire excellence. This role involves supervising the Application and Solutions Engineering team, which consists of technical professionals responsible for a mix of in-house developed solutions and supporting third-party server and cloud-based applications used at Washington County. Technical expertise in relational databases, software development, troubleshooting, process improvement, modernization, system administration, and major projects are all key components of the daily responsibilities of this role, in addition to overseeing personnel and engaging in long-term strategic planning. This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
