In this role, you will: Configure, Implement, and Maintain: Take charge of our application portfolio, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance. Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with business users and analysts in a supportive, small team environment. Your ideas and expertise will drive integration and software support. Develop and Script: Engage in light development and scripting using tools like PowerShell and Automate to enhance our systems. Support and Troubleshoot: Interface with the Service Desk and technical staff to resolve application issues and provide top-notch support. Mentor and Lead: Share your knowledge and mentor junior team members and Service Desk staff, fostering growth and development.
