Requirements

  • 4+ years in an enterprise ad sales or performance marketing role at a tech, SaaS, or ad tech company
  • Experience with campaign optimization in a bid-based or performance-based ad model
  • Deep experience using data to tell stories, influence decision-making, and drive customer growth
  • Polished communication skills and comfort engaging with VP and C-level executives
  • Highly collaborative, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing market and performance data to identify high-potential enterprise clients for Sponsored Results adoption and expansion
  • Building data-backed recommendations and presentations that demonstrate ROI and strategic value to key stakeholders
  • Partnering with Sales and Customer Success to pitch, grow, and retain Sponsored Results campaigns across large provider groups and health systems
  • Managing and optimizing active campaigns to ensure top performance, uncover improvement opportunities, and mitigate churn risks
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with analytics, marketing, and product teams to surface insights and inform roadmap evolution
  • Monitoring client health, surfacing risks proactively, and guiding customers toward long-term success
  • Continuously refining campaign strategies to improve outcomes for both Zocdoc and its provider partners
