Job Description: We're hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to accelerate HPE's growth with key enterprise customers across the Greater Los Angeles area. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology, driving outcomes for customers across media, entertainment, tech, healthcare, and more.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of sales experience, with enterprise, strategic, or global account exposure.
  • Experience selling IT solutions (infrastructure, cloud, networking, as‑a‑service, or related) into large organizations.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations, build relationships at multiple levels, and lead cross‑functional deal teams.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills—you can translate technology into clear business value for senior leaders.
  • High energy, ownership mindset, and passion for growth in a dynamic, innovation‑driven market.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a set of strategic LA‑based enterprise accounts, tying customer KPIs to HPE solutions and services.
  • Lead complex sales cycles: build executive sponsorship, shape digital transformation initiatives, and close multi‑year opportunities.
  • Build a strong network of champions across IT and lines of business, with a clear engagement model for decision makers.
  • Activate HPE executives, technical experts, and partners to differentiate and win in a competitive SoCal market.
  • Maintain a healthy, data‑driven pipeline and deliver predictable, high‑quality execution.
