Job Description: HPE is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to grow our presence with strategic customers across Arizona, Utah, and Nevada. You'll be a trusted advisor to enterprises modernizing their IT, from data centers and cloud to edge and everything in between.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of sales experience with a track record of driving growth, ideally in enterprise or strategic accounts.
  • Experience in the IT industry or selling technology solutions into large organizations.
  • Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and influencing skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Solid understanding of how business and technology intersect—and how to turn that into compelling value propositions.
  • A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset and desire to grow your career in a fast‑growing region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of enterprise accounts across AZ, UT, and NV, owning the full relationship and growth agenda.
  • Engage deeply with customers' IT and business leaders, linking their strategies and KPIs to HPE solutions.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, coordinating internal experts and partners to close complex opportunities.
  • Develop and evolve the regional partner ecosystem to extend HPE's reach in the Southwest.
  • Bring fresh insight on IT trends and HPE's portfolio to guide customers through their transformation journeys.
