Job Description: We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth with some of our most strategic customers across Washington and Oregon. You'll own a small set of high‑value accounts, connect customer KPIs to HPE solutions, and turn strategy into measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years in B2B sales, with enterprise or strategic account management experience preferred.
  • IT industry background or selling into technology‑driven environments (cloud, data center, networking, or services).
  • Proven ability to build executive relationships, influence across a matrix, and negotiate complex deals.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort working with customer KPIs and financials to build compelling cases for change.
  • A growth mindset, drive to win, and hunger to keep learning in a fast‑moving market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of enterprise accounts across WA/OR, aligning HPE's portfolio to customer priorities and outcomes.
  • Build C‑level relationships in IT and the business, translating challenges into IT transformation roadmaps.
  • Own pipeline health end‑to-end: identify opportunities, orchestrate virtual deal teams, and close complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
  • Engage the local partner ecosystem to expand HPE's footprint and accelerate growth in the Pacific Northwest.
  • Run account governance, forecast with discipline, and advocate for the customer inside HPE.
