About The Position

The Enterprise Account Manager serves as a strategic business partner and growth leader for Raintree’s largest and most complex enterprise clients. This role combines strategic relationship management with a strong commercial focus, driving revenue growth through consultative engagement, account expansion, and solution alignment. Enterprise Account Managers are responsible for achieving annual revenue targets across Raintree’s product suite—including EHR/PM Software, SaaS offerings, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and third-party partner solutions—while cultivating long-term, trusted partnerships that deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, healthcare technology, OR relevant clinical degree (i.e., DPT, etc.).
  • Minimum of 5 years success in strategic account management or enterprise sales within the healthcare technology, SaaS, or revenue cycle industries.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through proactive client engagement and strategic account growth.
  • Deep understanding of EHR/PM, healthcare IT, and/or Revenue Cycle Management solutions.
  • Experience managing large, multi-location enterprise accounts in the healthcare sector preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to identify client needs and translate them into commercial opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.com.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for client engagements and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive growth within a defined portfolio of Raintree’s largest enterprise clients, ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business priorities and identifying opportunities to expand Raintree’s footprint through additional products, services, and solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that outline key initiatives, partnership goals, and revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and executive sponsors to support renewal and expansion discussions.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights and a consultative sales approach.
  • Lead business reviews and strategy sessions to communicate value, demonstrate ROI, and ensure ongoing client alignment with Raintree’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Product, Implementation, Client Success, and Marketing—to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting within Salesforce.
  • Monitor account performance, identify risks, and create action plans to protect and grow client revenue.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to position Raintree as a leader and advisor in the therapy space.
  • Represent Raintree at client meetings, industry conferences, and events as a credible advocate for our platform and solutions.
