The role of Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) requires marked experience in AV Sales, excellent customer relationship skills, effective communication skills, strong organizational behaviors, solid task management, and demonstrated prospecting and lead networking skills to create customer demand and develop sales opportunities. This includes developing long-term relationships with senior executives and functional stakeholders in key strategic accounts. As an Enterprise Account Manager, your principal responsibility is to acquire new customers and maintain existing ones. Ideally, the candidate will be high-energy, strategically minded, naturally inquisitive, technology-savvy, and demonstrate prior experience with a successful history of building long-term strategic relationships with Enterprise-type customers. You should be able to demonstrate strong customer acuity, an understanding of each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth vision, technology strategy, and the competitive landscape.
