Role Description: Enterprise Account Management Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their professional growth and success. Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations and 1/1s, and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and effectiveness. Oversee and guide the team's efforts in building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants that produce $25M in volume or 25+ locations. Monitor client satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.
