UKG is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive, who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in our S&D business segment. While each AE owns a few upsell accounts, this is a true Hunter role. If you are a highly successful HRMS/Payroll salesperson and have followed the growing success of our company, then you know that we rarely have an opening in our sales ranks. Why? Requirements

  • 5-7+ years proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C level. HRMS/Payroll experience a strong plus.
  • Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota
  • 3+ years selling complex deals over $800K in ARR
  • Demonstrated experience building a territory and pipeline from scratch
  • Consistently execute a thoughtful, strategic sales process including internal business partners and executive engagement.
