Our client is a well established company in the HR / Recruiting Technology space hiring Account Executives to sell their talent attraction platform to hiring companies. They compete with Indeed and you would be selling something similar. Base Salary for this role is around 90-120K with OTE around 175K. The current AE's are all hitting 200K. As an Enterprise Account Executive you will: Educate prospects and clients about products and services through presentations and product demonstrations. Conduct outreach and prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and other essential methods. Cleary articulate value proposition and return on investment. Utilize sales enablement through a full sales cycle, including management of the sales pipeline through provided sales tools (Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZOOM, and Zoominfo.) Collaborate with Client Success and Account Management through handoff to ensure that proper expectations are set during the sales process and met in delivery. Provide ongoing feedback to Marketing and Product teams. Stay on top of the trends impacting our core audience. Motivated to exceed monthly and quarterly assigned targets for revenue and sales activities. Understand the competitive landscape – know our competition, how they position themselves, and how they position themselves against us. Self-source at least 10 qualified meetings per month.
