About The Position

We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth across a central U.S. territory, focusing on enterprise clients. This role will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing complex deals, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. You will develop strategic account plans, navigate multi-threaded enterprise relationships, and leverage your expertise to deliver value to senior executives. This position is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys creative prospecting, and seeks opportunities to make a significant impact on company growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to scaling revenue and ensuring customer success. Travel up to 20% may be required to engage with clients in person.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years selling complex SaaS solutions at the enterprise level.
  • Proven track record exceeding revenue targets of $1M+ net new ARR and closing six-figure deals ($200K+) in complex sales cycles of 9+ months.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, capable of aligning solutions with enterprise clients’ global strategies.
  • Hunter mentality with demonstrated success in acquiring new logos across greenfield territories.
  • Experience using value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for executive audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while managing a territory based in CST.

  • Experience with Gong.io is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net new business within a greenfield territory, managing prospects from lead generation through contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, CROs, and other decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
  • Develop tailored account strategies that align with business objectives and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate product value propositions to potential clients, generating excitement and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, and cross-functional teams to execute account-based strategies.
  • Continuously refine messaging and outbound prospecting to maximize opportunity generation and pipeline impact.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and executive meetings as a subject matter expert.
