About The Position

Input 1 is seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to expand our presence within the property and casualty insurance industry. This role is focused on new business development, strategic relationship building, and driving revenue growth with insurance carriers and Managing General Agents (MGAs). This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building executive relationships, and closing enterprise-level deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
  • 3+ years of new business development and prospecting experience
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of the Property & Casualty insurance industry
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
  • Business networking and opportunity development
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem solving
  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building relationships with insurance carriers or MGAs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business revenue through proactive prospecting and relationship development
  • Identify and build strategic relationships with C-level leaders at insurance carriers and MGAs
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, email, in-person meetings, and industry networking
  • Qualify and engage inbound leads and opportunities
  • Schedule and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Guide prospects through the sales funnel from discovery to close
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients to uncover additional opportunities and referrals
  • Collaborate with the Executive VP of Sales / CSO to achieve company growth objectives
  • Deliver predictable and high-quality sales results
  • Provide weekly pipeline and progress updates to sales leadership
