Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 5–8 years of quota-carrying success in complex SaaS (ACV $100k - $1M), ideally selling into CPA firms, professional-services, or FinServ accounts.
  • Consistently beat plan by building executive champions, multithreading committees, and quantifying business cases.
  • Thrive in an account-based environment, leveraging data, events, and peer networks to open doors at the largest firms.
  • Communicate with clarity and empathy—whether on stage at an industry conference or in a c-suite QBR.
  • Operate as a true team player, collaborating with BDRs, Marketing, Product, and Success to create a seamless client experience.
  • Are naturally curious about the audit & assurance landscape and excited to shape how AI will transform it.

Nice To Haves

  • Trusted-Advisor Relationship Building - Executives view you as an extension of their team because you anchor every interaction in empathy, insight, and measurable mutual value.
  • Compelling Communication - You distill complex workflows into crisp narratives—listening first, then translating pain points into a clear ROI story that resonates from staff accountant and senior managers to CIOs and partners.
  • Win-Win Negotiation - You balance firmness and flexibility, crafting commercial terms that protect margins and leave customers feeling like partners, not purchasers.
  • Creative Problem Solving - Objections are simply data; you surface root causes quickly and design innovative, cross-functional solutions that unlock stalled deals.
  • Adaptive Agility and Hunger - Markets shift, priorities evolve—you pivot seamlessly and with a sense of urgency, refining plays and messaging to stay one step ahead of competitors and customer expectations.
