About The Position

It is essential in this position that you have a breadth of knowledge to lead and execute the sales cycle process, are committed to hiring, developing and retaining top talent as well as have a desire to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to execute goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS, B2B or enterprise software sales.
  • Successfully sold enterprise software into Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota (consistent top 20% performer).
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building relationships with clients.
  • Closed complex sales cycles in competitive markets.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow the enterprise business pipeline.
  • Comfortable in making cold and warm calls to highly targeted prospects.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Business Development Team to collaborate throughout sales cycle.
  • Manage complex sales cycles including prospecting, qualifying, strategizing and closing transactions.
  • Drive significant growth from new clients, achieving or exceeding individual and team quotas and revenue goals.
  • Define, execute and maintain an engagement plan for key prospects.
  • Develop, build and maintain strong relationships within our enterprise market segments ($500m+).
