About The Position

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll focus on selling our full suite of solutions to large, complex organizations. You’ll engage with C-suite stakeholders, navigate long sales cycles, and drive strategic partnerships that shape the future of fintech. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who’s equal parts strategist, closer, and trusted advisor.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success building relationships and driving growth with RIAs, broker-dealers, or financial institutions — navigating long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, fintech, or wealth management platforms, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear client value.
  • A consultative, strategic mindset — you can simplify complexity and deliver a compelling narrative that resonates with advisors, executives, and operations teams alike.
  • Comfortable in fast-changing environments; you thrive in ambiguity and bring structure by building scalable processes and playbooks.
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales, with a strong track record in financial services or adjacent industries.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company is a big plus, showing adaptability and a bias for action.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Build and nurture relationships with executive decision-makers at top-tier wealth management firms
  • Understand complex business challenges and align Advisor360°’s platform to deliver measurable impact
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to tailor messaging and demos
  • Influence pricing strategies, enterprise deal structure, and long-term growth opportunities
  • Consistently achieve (and exceed) quarterly and annual revenue targets
