About The Position

As an Account Executive for Workvivo, you will manage an enterprise sales cycle. This includes outbound lead generation, customer engagement, business case development and contract negotiation. You will grow awareness, adoption, and deployment of Workvivo across new prospects, current Zoom customers and through our reseller network. Workvivo is looking for top sales professionals to support global expansion and improve customer and employee experiences. The position requires delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with clients to ensure outstanding employee experiences. Requirements

  • 8+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Sales/Account Executive experience in a technology company (HR Tech/Employee Experience)
  • Experience in business forecasting, pipeline development and people management skills
  • Experience selling Cloud solutions and conducting product demonstrations
  • Direct SaaS/Cloud/Platform selling experience
  • Inbound and outbound sales experience with company sizes of 10,000 employees
  • Direct SaaS/Cloud selling experience, specifically in SaaS video or web conferencing solutions

Responsibilities

  • Achieving revenue targets in a priority region for growth within Workvivo
  • Overseeing enterprise and commercial sales, including lead generation, regional team collaboration, customer engagement, business case development, and contract negotiation
  • Strategizing and executing lead generation activities along with the Sales Development and Marketing Teams
  • Working closely with the Solutions Consulting team to understand client challenges and demonstrating the effectiveness of our solutions
  • Delivering engaging product demonstrations and running effective business meetings aligned with the Workvivo value proposition
  • Coordinating internal partners to proactively support customers in an evaluation process
  • Managing pipeline and forecast accurately to build a trusted sales organization
