About The Position

The Enterprise Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and managing relationships with enterprise clients. This role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, expertise in selling RPA, SaaS, or similar technology solutions, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that address complex operational challenges while engaging with C-suite executives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B enterprise sales, with specific experience selling RPA, SaaS, or similar technology solutions.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex sales processes and build relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with enterprise automation or AI-driven solutions.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospective enterprise clients across various industries.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments to identify client challenges and align solutions accordingly.
  • Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal development tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and post-sales support.
  • Leverage knowledge of RPA, SaaS, and automation trends to position Kognitos as a trusted partner.
  • Stay informed about market developments, challenges, and opportunities to provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas through effective pipeline management and deal closure.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
