The role: Are you a strategic sales hunter who thrives on breaking into new enterprise accounts? We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition in the Fortune 500 owner-occupier space, with an initial focus on data center portfolios and expansion into office, industrial, and retail. This is a high-impact role where you'll close complex deals, expand accounts rapidly, and help shape the future of how leading owners manage their real estate portfolios. What You'll Do You'll lead the charge in finding, winning, and growing new accounts for VIATechnik. From opening doors and leading solution recommendations, to closing multimillion-dollar deals and expanding accounts across service lines, you'll own the full sales lifecycle for each new account for the first 6 months before transitioning it to a Key Account Manager. This is a role for someone who knows how to strike at the right time, with the right message, to the right people.
