About The Position

Ocrolus is seeking a qualified Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record of selling complex SaaS-based software solutions into the Fintech/financial vertical space. This remote-based role involves managing a combination of named regional accounts and all sales-related activities in that region. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of selling experience and a strong sales pedigree.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related fields.
  • 6+ years of solution/value selling experience.
  • 3+ years as a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Proven success in hunting and selling into new logo accounts.
  • Experience managing a pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Self-starter invested in the success of the team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working at a hypergrowth startup company.
  • 2+ years of experience in the Fintech/financial vertical.
  • Value selling experience with API platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close.
  • Lead and direct a cross-functional team through varied stages of complex customer journeys.
  • Communicate and track the status and unique requirements of each sales opportunity.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members in support of regional prospecting and sales-related activities.
  • Apply leading sales frameworks systematically.
  • Create and deliver client presentations that align stakeholders critical to the decision-making process.
  • Travel up to 25% domestically for overnight trips.
