This role is focused on driving strategic, high-value engagements across enterprise accounts by combining deep contact center expertise with emerging AI capabilities (including automation, conversational AI, and analytics). You will own complex sales cycles, build executive relationships, and help organizations modernize their customer experience through intelligent cloud solutions. Requirements

  • 8–10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud technologies
  • Proven success selling Contact Center / CCaaS solutions and/or AI-driven platforms
  • Strong track record of net-new logo acquisition and expanding large enterprise accounts
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long deal timelines
  • Demonstrated ability in value-based selling, ROI articulation, and business case development
  • Familiarity with AI use cases in CX (e.g., conversational AI, workforce optimization, analytics)
  • Expertise in solutions such as UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud applications, VoIP, or digital transformation platforms
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new logo acquisition and expand existing enterprise accounts within your territory
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Contact Center and AI-driven CX solutions
  • Position the value of AI-powered customer engagement, including automation, agent assist, and analytics
  • Develop and execute territory, account, and opportunity strategy plans
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales engineering, product, and partners to deliver tailored solutions
  • Engage and influence C-level and senior decision-makers with a value-based selling approach
  • Own pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and overall GTM execution for your territory
  • Collaborate with channel and VAR partners to identify and close new business opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate, ensuring long-term success and expansion
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
