Salesforce is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team, focusing on our most strategic customers and organizations with over 10,000 employees. As part of the Enterprise Business team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with various customers and receiving personalized training and career opportunities. This role is pivotal in helping customers realize the full value of their Salesforce investments through the Customer 360 platform. You will be responsible for building positive, trusted relationships with key team members and C-suite decision-makers within your assigned accounts. In this position, you will develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts. You will also be tasked with developing and driving the overall long-term strategy for each account, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives. Coordination with internal Salesforce resources will be essential to meet customer needs effectively. You will perform account planning at assigned accounts, working closely with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment. Additionally, you will share the Salesforce value proposition with both existing and new customers, driving growth within your assigned accounts. The role requires a proactive approach to developing opportunities through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting, ensuring that you are consistently engaging with customers to foster long-term relationships and satisfaction.
