As an Enterprise Account Executive at Comcast, you will be responsible for driving sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, where you will work as part of a team to engage in various prospecting activities and cultivate relationships with institutions within your designated territory. You will be expected to design and deliver compelling live sales presentations that showcase your knowledge of Comcast's latest products and services, all while striving to exceed departmental financial and unit targets. Staying informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies will be crucial in positioning Comcast Business Services effectively in the marketplace. In this position, you will develop your sales territory by cultivating local partnerships and organizational affiliations. You will actively generate new leads through targeted prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and leveraging partner relationships. A key aspect of your role will be to promote and position the Comcast brand within your territory, ensuring that you retain your customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo and providing a superior customer experience. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be essential to drive customer retention, and you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and quality sales records, preparing sales and activity reports as required, and attending out-of-office meetings with customers regularly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be necessary for presenting, persuading, and negotiating effectively. Additionally, you will demonstrate knowledge of Network Design, MAN technologies, and various networking protocols, which will aid in your ability to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions. This role requires consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in significant matters, along with regular, punctual attendance, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
