About The Position

We’re seeking a driven Enterprise Account Director (EAD) to lead STOBG’s most strategic interiors focused accounts across the US, Canada, and the UK — driving trust, growth, client satisfaction, and profitability. The EAD will interface with the client and internal teams to ensure alignment across regions, business units, and service partners. The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments and builds trust with senior stakeholders. The EAD will lead teams to a consistent approach, predicable outcomes, and continuous improvement across their accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and managing client relationships particularly with Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience delivering construction projects of all sizes. Ideal experience on the client side.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for market positioning and client growth. Understanding of budgeting, profitability, and forecasting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and persuasive storytelling skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple aspects of client and project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture senior-level relationships across key client stakeholders and external consultants, serving as a trusted advisor. Navigate complex client organizations to uncover influence, align stakeholders, and drive engagement.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts, develop strategic pursuits, and work with marketing to craft proposals and pitches that reflect client values and objectives.
  • Serve as the senior escalation contact for both client leadership and internal teams when critical issues arise. If an issue cannot be resolved at this level, formally escalate it to our senior leadership, providing relevant background, proposed solutions, and required support to ensure swift resolution. Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the process to update on status and next steps.
  • Leading structured business review meetings and client feedback sessions to evaluate performance, capture insights, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinating structured feedback processes to evaluate satisfaction and inform continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Align projects with lease expirations and budget cycles. Support long-range expansion and renovation strategies. Use cost information and preconstruction resources to guide go/no-go decisions before major commitments.
  • Ensuring master agreements and service models (CM, design-build, IPD, etc.) are current and aligned with specific program/project requirements.
  • Reporting on schedule and budget adherence across all projects and tracking key metrics as defined in conjunction with our clients including safety, quality, supplier diversity, sustainability, and value engineering initiatives.
  • Establishing and updating process standards, onboarding protocols, and best practices to drive consistency across all projects across all STOBG Business Units and Service Partners.
  • Providing guidance and tools for on-the-ground project teams to streamline execution and maintain quality standards.
  • Conducting milestone and close-out reviews on major projects to capture lessons learned and continuously improve delivery practices.
  • Promoting best practices across geographies, enabling consistent execution regardless of location.
