Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, including hunting and closing new business.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain C-level relationships within large accounts.
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes and complex deals.
  • Skilled in delivering product presentations and demos to executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and overcome objections.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities across diverse organizations.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives, directors, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Development, Sales Engineers, and Marketing, to enhance brand awareness and close deals.
  • Accurately forecast sales activities, pipeline, and revenue achievements.
  • Develop satisfied, referenceable customers who become advocates for the solution.
