Serves as clinical resource to the nursing staff in the development and implementation of nursing care for patients with ostomies, draining wounds, pressure and dermal ulcers and incontinence. Promotes patient satisfaction, utilizing HMH patient satisfaction principles.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a B.S. in Nursing.
- Graduate of an approved enterostomal nurse program.
- Current board certification in E.T. nursing or within one (l) year of hire date.
- Five (5) years medical-surgical nursing.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
Responsibilities
- Serves as clinical resource to the nursing staff in the development and implementation of nursing care for patients with ostomies, draining wounds, pressure and dermal ulcers and incontinence.
- Promotes patient satisfaction, utilizing HMH patient satisfaction principles.
