About The Position

We are currently looking for a BC/BE otolaryngology physician with partnershipaspirations to join our private practice in Atherton, CA (San Mateo County - San Francisco Bay Area). Join a collaborative team of 3 board certified ENT physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, and a tenured support staff that help ensure operational efficiency. Our practice provides the full scope of general ENT services to patients of all ages, and convenient OR access at two local ambulatory surgery centers and El Camino Community Hospital. We are primarily looking for a physician with a true passion for general ENT care, but we are happy to accommodate fellowship-trained physicians with subspecialty interests. We offer a 4-day work week and NO hospital call obligations, affording our physicians ample work-life balance. The BASS Medical Group is a physician and patient centric multispecialty group whose purpose is to maintain physician autonomy and financial security within the construct of a supportive medical group. Beginning with approximately 50 doctors in the Walnut Creek area in 2014, we have grown to 465+ providers across 42 specialties in our 128 locations throughout Northern California, and look forward to expanding our reach in the future. The salary for this role is $350,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
