Requirements

Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
Board certification/eligibility in Otolaryngology
Active state medical license
Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of ENT conditions and treatments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Commitment to patient-centered care and providing the highest quality of service
Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in departmental initiatives
Dedication to continuous learning and staying current with advances in the field of ENT

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions
Perform in-office procedures such as ear tube placements, tonsillectomies, and sinus surgeries
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
Educate patients on their condition and treatment options
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Stay current with advances in the field of ENT and implement best practices in patient care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
Actively participate in community outreach and education programs to promote awareness of ENT health
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice
