About The Position
Valley ENT is seeking a full or part-time ENT physician to join our highly reputed private practice located in Visalia, CA. Our practice emphasizes a supportive and autonomous work environment, ensuring an excellent work/life balance for all providers. We are committed to creating a positive office atmosphere for our providers, staff, and patients, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care through efficiency, effective communication, and a continuous pursuit of excellence in both clinical and surgical skills. Our office is centrally located and offers a range of services to the community, including allergy testing, audiology, in-office CT scans, and hearing aids. There is a significant demand for all subspecialties in the area, particularly in cosmetic facial plastics, head and neck surgery, otology, and sleep medicine. We provide a competitive compensation package, including an income guarantee of $625,000, a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, and relocation assistance for full-time positions. We encourage residents, fellows, and experienced candidates to apply, as we are looking for an experienced surgeon who is willing to mentor and support others in the practice. The service area covers a patient population of over 500,000, and we have block time available at local hospitals, including Kaweah Health Medical Center and Sequoia Surgery Center. Candidates must be licensed in California or have the ability to become licensed and should be board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
