About The Position

Be part of building something new at Logan Health! The ENT & Lung Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the launch and ongoing operations of Logan Health’s new Ear, Nose, Throat, and Lung Clinic. This position provides coordination and administrative oversight for clinic operations, including scheduling, outreach, procedure and surgery coordination, and program development. Working closely with providers, clinic leadership, and patients, this role ensures the seamless delivery of care, operational efficiency, and alignment with accreditation and regulatory standards. Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a healthcare environment supporting clinical operations, provider scheduling, or patient coordination preferred.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling systems.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating procedures, surgeries, or multidisciplinary clinic operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and operational support for the ENT & Lung Clinic, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
  • Coordinates provider schedules, procedure blocks, call schedules, and outreach clinic rotations in collaboration with clinic leadership and providers.
  • Serves as a liaison between ENT, Pulmonology, and Surgical Services to support continuity of care, efficient scheduling, and appropriate resource utilization.
  • Assists with pre-surgical coordination, ensuring completion of preoperative requirements, communication with patients, and documentation in the EMR.
  • Monitors and manages referrals, authorizations, and patient flow, helping to identify and address scheduling or access barriers.
  • Supports the development of new workflows, processes, and materials as the clinic grows and evolves.
  • Collaborates with leadership to maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards applicable to ENT and Pulmonary programs.
  • Coordinates data collection and reporting for quality initiatives, volume tracking, and program development.
  • Supports community outreach and marketing initiatives, including communication with referring providers and external partners.
  • Provides general administrative support to the clinic’s leadership, including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Acts as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Participates in process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, access, and patient experience.
