About the position
The University of California Irvine Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is seeking a part-time to full-time General Otolaryngologist - Head & Neck Surgeon to join as a non-tenure-track Health Sciences Assistant Clinical Professor. The role involves teaching, providing patient care, and participating in university and public service activities.
Responsibilities
- Teach residents and students in the department.
- Provide excellent patient care in Otolaryngology.
- Participate in university and public service activities.
- Demonstrate professional competency and activity.
- Cover inpatient hospital responsibilities at both the Orange campus medical center and the Irvine hospital.
Requirements
- M.D. Degree.
- Eligibility for board certification in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery.
- California medical license.
