BillGO is seeking a motivated individual with a passion and aptitude for building and leading a successful inside sales team. This key team member will oversee and drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets. As a leader, responsibilities include inspiring and motivating team members, providing ongoing coaching and support, and implementing strategies to maximize sales effectiveness. Key responsibilities also involve developing and executing sales plans, monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business sales, with a strong focus on inside sales, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. They should also possess qualities such as problem-solving abilities, a commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and strong leadership. Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. We do ask that you are wiling to work in BillGO’s office headquartered in Fort Collins, CO – we value building and growing new teams face to face. Compensation includes both a base salary and the opportunity to earn performance-based commission.
