This role serves as a primary contact for the Office of Enrollment Services, engaging in various duties to facilitate the onboarding process for students across two campuses.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service regarding admissions, financial aid, and student account processes.
• Greet visitors and assist them with inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and emails related to enrollment services.
• Perform data entry and document management tasks.
• Process admissions applications and transcripts.
• Conduct collection calls and process payments.
• Schedule and conduct financial aid counseling appointments.
• Engage in student outreach and engagement activities.
