The Employee Benefit Enrollment Material Developer is responsible for fulfilling service requests for creating or modifying enrollment forms and providing assistance and maintenance of customer self-service system hosted by Pasito. The Enrollment Material Developer is also accountable for the production, quality and timeliness of delivering electronic material as well as printing and shipping of material to customers. This role is responsible for updating and maintaining customer profiles, plan data and microsites within the Pasito system. The Enrollment Material Developer is responsible for the accuracy of all forms and reports generated in response to the service request and must use analytical thinking and sound judgment to insure the final product meets both customer specifications and the plan design and rate requirements. The Enrollment Material Developer is responsible for meeting internal production and quality standards and is a critical component in the success of the end-to-end sold case process.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of insurance products, medical underwriting guidelines, and system integration preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Case Management and SalesForce preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Produces and modifies enrollment forms, benefit highlight sheets and premium worksheets
  • Provides assistance for business partners with Pasito questions and issues.
  • Produces Online Enrollment materials in response to service requests
  • Handle employee information and coverage selections for personal enrollment forms with accuracy and security of personally identifying information.
  • Maintain ownership of work queue and customer book of business throughout the year, interacts directly with business partners, customers, and TPAs in being consultative about the process and requirements.
  • Identifies any business or process gaps as they occur and recommends creative and sound solutions for improvement
  • Contributes ideas towards new or enhanced processes, materials, offerings and participates in implementation of approved ideas
  • Interacts with team members and representatives from other departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Independently delivers consistently superior, cost-effective service by handling technically complex as well as non-routine and simple enrollment requests.
  • Develops and maintains expertise on team procedures and policies as well as end-to-end enrollment processes in an ever-changing environment.
