About The Position
The Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in educating and assisting participants at a pivotal moment when deciding to join their employer's 401(k) plan with John Hancock. This position requires a deep understanding of John Hancock's 401(k) products and investment options, as well as the ability to assess participants' unique retirement goals and provide tailored solutions. The Enrollment Specialist will guide participants through the enrollment process, helping them establish retirement goals, set deferral rates, and make informed investment selections, while also identifying opportunities for account consolidation.
